promise that our products will be worth it (if shipping times are

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. Should you
need to make any change to your order, please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our
best to accommodate the change request.
If your purchase has already been shipped, it will be too late for us to retrieve or amend the order.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, packages get
mistreated and accidents happen. If this does occur please get in touch
with us. We will need your order number and an image of the damaged
product. Once received, we'll resolve the issue asap.
